氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床效果分析

目的探讨氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床效果。方法随机抽取本院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的66例冠心病合并高血压患者,将其分为观察组与参照组。观察组给予氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗,参照组给予尼群地平片、硝酸异山梨酯片与氢氯噻嗪片治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的血压控制效果、冠心病疗效及心电图疗效均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压能有效控制患者血压,改善其临床症状,效果显著。

Clinical effect analysis of amlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with high blood pressure

Objective To study clinical effect of amlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with high blood pressure. Methods 66 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with high blood pressure from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group.Amlodipine combined with captopril were used in observation group,nitrendipine tablets,isosorbide dinitrate tablets and hydrochlorothiazide tablets were applied in control group.Clinical curative effect of two groups was compared. Results Control effect of blood pressure,effect of coronary heart disease,effect of ECG in observation group was better than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with high blood pressure can effectively control blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms,the effect is remarkable.
