| 摘 要： | 高炉长寿是一项长期、全面、系统的工作,需要理论、实践操作、基础技术管理、设备管理紧密结合,才能实现.介绍了唐山国丰在耐材、砌筑、有害元素、冷却水质、炉壳老化、操作、管理理念、技术力量、检测手段等方面存在的影响高炉长寿的问题及所做的工作.同时提出了高炉长寿应重点研究的技术内容.

| Abstract: | To prolong the blast furnace life is a long - time, all - round and systematic work, its realization needs a tight combination of theory, practice operation, basic technical management and equipment manage- ment. It is introduced the existing problems and the work being done in Guofeng Company in refractory ma- terials and their masonry, harmful elements, cooling water quality, furnace shell aging, operation and man- agement ideas, technical strength, checking means and etc. At the same time it is proposed out the tech- niques to be studied as emphasis keys for prolonging the blast furnace life. |
