颅脑外科病房常见护理风险因素分析及实施护理风险管理的效果

目的 探讨颅脑外科病房常见护理风险因素及实施护理风险管理的效果.方法 选择2011年6月～2013年6月来本院治疗的颅脑外科患者378例,将近1年内发生的护理风险事件进行分类整理,对风险因素进行讨论、分析,对378例患者实施护理风险管理,对护理风险管理前后护理风险发生率、护理纠纷事件发生率及护理满意度进行比较.结果 护理风险管理后,护理风险发生率低于护理风险管理前,护理纠纷事件发生率低于护理风险管理前,护理满意率则高于护理风险管理前（P＜0.05）.结论 对颅脑外科病房常见护理风险因素进行分析,并实施护理风险管理可以明显降低护理风险发生率、护理纠纷事件发生率,提高临床护理满意度,可以在临床广泛应用.

Analysis of common nursing risk factors in wards of department of craniocerebral surgery and the effects of implementing the management of nursing risks

Objective To explore common nursing risk factors in wards of department of craniocerebral surgery and the effects of implementing the management of nursing risks. Methods 378 patients admitted into the department of cranio- cerebral surgery in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected.Incidents of nursing risks occurring within one year were classified and collected,and related risk factors were di＇scussed and analyzed.378 patients received the management of nursing risks.Incidence rate of nursing risks,nursing disputes and nursing satisfaction rate before and af- ter the nursing risks management were compared. Results After nursing risks management,the incidence rate of nursing risks was lower than that before the management,and incidence rate of nursing disputes was lower than that before the management,the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that before the management （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Analysis of common nursing risk factors in wards of department of craniocerebral surgery and the implementation of the manage- ment of nursing risks can significantly reduce the incidence rate of nursing risks and nursing disputes,and improve the satisfaction degree of clinical nursing,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
