全尾矿分级浓缩试验研究

摘    要:以某细粒铁矿尾矿为研究对象,进行了全尾矿高浓度浓缩试验研究。研究表明,采用水力旋流器能够使低浓度尾矿浆得到有效浓缩,在给矿浓度为10%~28%时,φ100~150 mm水力旋流器底流浓度可以达到70%左右,底流产率可达到6500%左右。水力旋流器溢流中的微细颗粒经过高效浓密机进一步浓缩后,浓度可达到45%~50%。采用水力旋流器-浓密机二段分级浓缩流程能够实现全尾矿的高浓度浓缩,在给矿浓度为10%~28%时,尾矿综合浓度可达到60%以上。

Abstract:High concentration thickening of total tailing was investigated on a fine iron ore tailing. The results indicate that the application of hydrocyclone can effectively thicken the low concentration tailing. At a feed concentration of 10%~28%, the underflow concentration of φ100~150 mm hydrocyclone can reach about 70%, with the underflow yield being about 65%.The concentration of the micro-fine particles in the overflow can reach 45%~50% when further thickened by highly effective thickener. The application of “hydrocyclone-thickener” two-stage classified thickening can help realize a highly concentrated thickening of total tailing, with the overall concentration of tailing being above 60% at a feed concentration of 10%~28%.
