救脱一号注射液对家兔肠系膜上动脉夹闭型休克脑、肝、肾组织超微结构的影响

摘    要:救脱一号注射液是由枳实、丹参、人参、麦冬制备而成的中医急救用药,中医临床研究表明,该注射液对感染性及失血性休克均有明显的疗效;对肠系膜上动脉夹闭型及晚期失代偿性失血性休克家兔的病理状态均有明显的改善作用。救脱一号注射液(1.0 g生药/kg iv.2.0 g生药/kg 50 ml生理盐水静脉点滴),能明显减轻肠系膜上动脉夹闭型休克家兔脑、肝、肾组织线粒体损伤,阻抑溶酶体的蜕变及肝糖元的耗竭。多巴胺(0.15 mg/kg 50 ml生理盐水静脉点滴)与救脱一号注射液效应大体一致,但未观察到多巴胺减轻休克家兔肾组织线粒体损伤的作用。

Abstract:The No. 1 injection of Anti-shock (NIAS), an effective first-aid injection for treating infective and hemorrage shock in the TCM clinic, was made from Immature Bitter Orange, Ginseng, Red Sage Root, and Ophiopogon Root, a pure TCM possessed the effect of improving the shock station of both superior mensentric artery occlusion and late hemcrrage shock. The effect of NIAS on protecting ultrastructure from superior mensentric artery occlusion shock (SMAO) injury was observed by electronic microscope. The results showed that the damage of mitochrondria and endoplasmic reticulum of the brain, liver and kidney were alleviated by tieating the SMAOS rabbits with the NIAS (1.0g rude drug/kg i. v., 2.0g rude drug/kg plus 50ml saline i. v. drip). The change of lysosomal degeneration was also moderated by NIAS. It reduced the glycogen repletion in the liver too. The dopamine (0.15mg/kg plus 50ml saline i. v. drip) had almost the same effect of the protecting mitochrondria and endoplasrnie reticulum against SAMOS injury both in brain and liver. However, it failed to moderate the damage of mitochrondria in kidney.
