| 摘 要： | 目的探讨二维超声产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法应用二维超声经孕妇腹部多切面扫查，观察胎儿头面、颈、胸、腹、脊柱、四肢结构及胎盘、羊水情况，并常规测量双顶径、胸腹围、股骨长径等参数。结果二维超声产前诊断胎儿畸形56例，均经引产、手术或追踪随访证实，符合率100％。结论二维超声产前诊断胎儿畸形是准确可靠的。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasonography (2DUS) in evaluating fetal malformation in prenatal diagnosis. [WTHZ]Methods 2DUS was used to examine pregnant abdomen from many planes,fetal cranium-face,neck, chest, abdomen, spine-extreming, placenta, and amniotic fluid, were observed and the parameter of biparietal diameter (BPO), thoracic circumference (ThC), abdominal circumference(AC),and femur length (FL) were measured in a common way.[WTHZ]Results 56 fetal malformations were discovered by 2DUS in prenatal diagnosis. The correct diagnosis rate was 100% according to the confirming of abortion, surgery, or tracking pregnant women.[WTHZ]Conclusion 2DUS is accurate to diagnose fetal malformations in prenatal diagnosis and has clinical value. |
