丹红注射液联合大剂量纳洛酮在治疗急性一氧化碳中毒所致迟发性脑病中的作用

摘    要:目的 观察丹红注射液联合大剂量纳洛酮在治疗急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒所致迟发性脑病的临床效果.方法 将2011年4月-2013年4月收治的150例随机分为3组,每组50例,均给予常规治疗,综合组加用丹红注射液联合大剂量纳洛酮,丹红组加用丹红注射液,纳洛酮组加用纳洛酮,并对3组总有效率及AAMD和MMSE评分进行比较.结果 综合组总有效率、AAMD和MMSE评分明显分别高于丹红组和纳洛酮组(P<0.05),丹红组总有效率、AAMD和MMSE评分高于纳洛酮组(P<0.05).结论 在常规治疗的基础上应用丹红注射液联合大剂量纳洛酮治疗急性CO中毒致迟发性脑病效果显著.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection combined with large dose of Naloxone in treatment of delayed encephalopathy induced by acute carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Methods A total of 150 patients with conventional treatment were randomly divided into three groups ( n = 50). Group A received Danhong injection combined with large dose of Naloxone; group B accepted Danhong injection treatment; group C was treated with Naloxone. Total effective rate, and scores of AAMD and MMSE in three groups after medication were compared. Results The total effective rate, and scores of AAMD and MMSE in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C (P 〈0.05) , and total effective rate, scores of AAMD and MMSE in group B were significantly higher than those in group C (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Based on conventional therapy, Danhong injection combined with large dose of Naloxone in treatment of delayed encephalopathy induced by acute CO poisoning is effective.
