| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国印制线路板行业数控钻床加工效率低、加工精度差等问题,提出一种双主轴六头印制线路板数控钻床结构,进行了数控钻床的机械及其控制系统的设计,并对机床原点准确返回、孔加工路径优化和机床动刚度等关键技术进行了研究。最后,介绍了该数控钻床的实际应用情况。

| Abstract: | According to the present problem of low efficiency and poor precision of CNC drilling machine in PCB industry of China,a structure of CNC drilling machine with double main shafts and six spindles for PCB is presented.And the design of the machine body and the control system are carried out.Meanwhile,some key technologies are studied,such as the exact return to the machine tool origin,the optimization of hole-making route,the dynamic rigidity of machine tool,and so on.At last,the application of this CNC drilling machine is introduced. |
