| 摘 要： | 诱骗受体3（DcR3）又称肿瘤坏死因子受体-6B（TNFR-6B或TR6），也有人称之为TR6，是新近发现的TNFR超家族成员，它具有调节细胞凋亡和免疫细胞活性及分化的生物学特性，DcR3在肿瘤免疫、自身免疫、移植免疫及抗感染免疫中发挥着重要作用。该文作者就DcR3在分子免疫学方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Decoy receptor 3,tumor necrosis factor receptor 6B or called TR6,is a newly member of tumor necrosis receptor superfamily.It plays very important roles in tumor immunity,autoimmunity,transplantation immunity,and anti-infection immunity by modulation of apoptosis and activity and differentiation of immunocytes.The current advance in molecular immunology of decoy receptor 3 was reviewed. |
