摘    要:目的观察早期肠内营养对严重烧伤的临床效果,总结肠内营养过程中的护理要点。方法对2008年7月至20lO年8月我院烧伤科收治的39例严重烧伤患者,采用重力持续滴注的方法进行早期肠内营养,观察对肠内营养的耐受程度、体重变化、血清清蛋白水平、并发症的发生率、创面基本愈合时间及治愈率。结果39例患者无一例发生水电解质紊乱、误吸现象及应激性溃疡。所有患者体重增加快,血清清蛋白水平高,肠内营养并发症发生率低,创面基本愈合时间短。结论早期肠道营养明显降低严重烧伤高代谢。重症烧伤患者实施早期肠内营养过程,能减少肠内营养并发症,促使患者早日康复。

Abstract:Objective To appraise the clinical effects of enteral nutrition at the initial stage of severe burn patients, and Summarize nursing points in the process of enteral nutrition. Methods 39 severe burning cases were collected in Burn Surgery during July 2008 to August 2010, and take the methods of continuous infusion by gravity in early enteral nutrition. Including the bearing to enteral nutrition, the patients'nourishment,the occurrence rate of complication, the time of wound healing and the cure rate were observed. Results In 39severe burning cases, no one occurred fluid and electrolyte disturbance, aspiration and stress ulcer. The increase of bodyweight and the level of serum albumin was high, the rate of complications was low, and the time of wound healing was short. Conclusion The early enteral nutrition after burn injury was more effective to reduce the hypermetabolism response. Early enteral nuzrition in severe burned patients could improve the patients'nourishment, reduce the rate of complications and prompt their recovery earlier.
