艾灸对胃癌患者化疗后免疫功能及临床症状的影响

目的:探讨艾灸对胃癌患者化疗后免疫功能及临床症状的影响。方法:将实施FOLFOX方案化疗后免疫功能低下的胃癌患者86例随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组注射重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子注射液配合双侧足三里隔姜艾灸治疗,对照组单纯注射重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子注射液,常规抽取2组患者外周静脉血,采用血细胞分析,检测胃癌患者化疗后外周血白细胞(WBC)数目;采用流式细胞仪进行T淋巴细胞亚群检测,观察胃癌化疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+含量变化情况及临床症状改善情况。结果:与对照组比较观察组有明显提高外周血白细胞计数的作用;能提高胃癌化疗后患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+含量,使CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+比值升高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组能明显改善全身虚损症状。结论:艾灸可辅助提高胃癌患者化疗后白细胞数目,改善化疗后患者全身虚损症状,提高患者免疫功能。

The Effects of Moxa-moxibustion on Clinical Symptoms and Immunologic Function of Gastric Cancer Patients after Chemotherapy

Objective:To discuss the effects of moxa-moxibustion on immunologic function and clinical symptoms of gastric cancer patients after the chemotherapy.Methods:All 86 patients,who showed immune dysfunction after they accepted FOLFOX chemotherapy regimen,were randomized into the observation group and the control group,43 cases each group,the observation group received the injection of Filgrastim and moxibustion with ginger on bilateral ZuSanLi (ST36),the control group only accepted the injection of Filgrastim,peripheral venous blood of the patients in both groups was drawn,WBC counting in peripheral venous blood of the patients were detected by using blood cells analysis;T lymphocyte subsets were detected by using flow cytometry detection method,the changes of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in T lymphocyte subsets and the improvements of clinical symptoms in the patients after chemotherapy were observed.Results:WBC counting in peripheral venous blood were raised obviously when the observation group was compared with the control group;the contents of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in T lymphocyte subsets were improved in the observation group,and the ratios of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ raised,and there was statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups (P＜0.05);the wasting symptoms of the whole body were improved notably in the observation group.Conclusion:Moxa-moxibustion could raise WBC counting of gastric cancer patients after the chemotherapy,ameliorate the wasting symptoms of the whole body of the patients after chemotherapy and improve immunologic function after chemotherapy.
