摘    要:采用锌粉置换获得的铜粉从湿法炼锌高压氧浸液置换脱氯,对影响脱氯效果的各因素进行了研究。结果表明,高压氧浸液除铁后再采用氯化亚铜沉淀法脱氯效果更好,脱氯最佳工艺条件为:溶液初始酸度为4 g/L,初始铜离子浓度2.5 g/L,锌粉加入量1.3 g/L,反应温度60℃,反应时间120 min。脱氯后溶液中氯离子浓度可以由0.48 g/L降到0.2 g/L以下。

Abstract:The process of chloride removing from high pressure leachate from zinc Hydro-metallurgical process by cuprous chloride precipitation is investigated.The effective factors of the dechlorination are studied.Experimental results show that deironing is beneficial to chloride removal by cuprous chloride precipitation.The optimum operation parameters for removing chloride are: initial acidity of solution, 4 g/L;initial concentration of copper, 2.5 g/L;dosage of zinc powder, 1.3 g/L;reaction temperature, 60 ℃;reaction time, 120 min.The chloride concentration in solution dechlorination is reduced from 0.48 g/L to about 0.2 g/L.
