电脱盐注水对初馏塔顶腐蚀的影响研究

摘    要:中国石油辽河石化公司东蒸馏装置初馏塔顶系统的腐蚀一直较轻微,塔顶冷凝水呈碱性,初馏塔顶系统未设注中和缓蚀剂等工艺防腐措施。自2010年7月末以来,东蒸馏装置初馏塔顶冷凝水中的铁离子有严重超标现象,初馏塔顶冷凝水的pH值也出现了很大变化。为了寻找影响初馏塔顶系统腐蚀的因素,对装置的各种水质及原油性质变化进行监测,发现该装置电脱盐注水的性质对初馏塔顶系统的腐蚀有着重要的影响。

Abstract:The primary fractionator in the east distillation unit of PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company had been operating with little corrosion in the overhead.The pH value of overhead condensate water was of alkali,and no process corrosion prevention measures had been taken such as injection of corrosion inhibitor in the overhead.Ever since July,2010,iron ions in the overhead condensate water of the primary fractionator exceeded specifications,and there was a great change in pH value of overhead condensate water.To find out the causes of overhead corrosion,the changes of quality of water into the unit and crude oil properties were monitored.It is found that the properties of injection water in electro-static desalting unit have a great impact on the corrosion in the overhead of primary fractionator.
