| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经胸超声心动图在先天性心脏病介入封堵治疗中的临床应用价值。方法11例先天性心脏病患者，术前应用超声心动图，观察房间隔、室间隔缺损及动脉导管的大小、位置、形态、类型及距离相邻瓣膜的距离，选择封堵器的大小、型号，术中监测封堵器的位置，指导释放封堵器，并观察有无分流、瓣膜返流以及右室流出道、降主动脉、左肺动脉血流速度的变化。结果5例ASD缺损大小平均为2．0cm，4例VSD缺损大小平均为0．6cm，2例PDA导管内径平均为0．3cm，与术中测值相符合；11例患者一次封堵成功率为100．0％，无明显分流、瓣膜返流及房室传导阻滞。结论经超声心动图能准确的观察各种先天性心脏病的大小、形态及周边的结构关系，对于病例的选择、术中引导和监护、术后随访等方面均具有重要意义，值得临床推广应用。
