38例上肢神经损伤显微外科治疗分析

<正> 我们自1983～1986年应用显微外科技术治疗上肢神经离断伤41例<53条神经>。现将得到随访的38例<49条神经>分析报告如下。

ANALYSIS OF MICROSURGICAL TREATMENT ON 38 CASES WITH ARM'S NERVE INJURY

41 cases(53 nerves) of arm's nerve injury were treated with microsurgical technique from 1983-1986. 38 cases(49 nerves) have been followed-up for one year to 5 years and the results are satisfactory with 83.7% excellent. This paper reports the clinical analysis of microsurgical treatment on 38 cases(49 nerves), the results show that in all injuries of the upper extremity nerves the radial nerve has the best effect to treatment. The bunch membrane fixed and external membrane sewed is the best manner of repairing injuried nerve, and the earlier to treat, the better the effect.
