四川省放射治疗质控调查结果分析

目的：调查评价四川省放射治疗质量控制水平。方法：采用四川省放射治疗质量控制中心抽样调查和委托市州分中心调查相结合的方式，对全省41家开展放射治疗的单位，参照国家癌症中心／国家肿瘤诊疗质控中心颁布的《放射治疗质量控制基本指南》制定调查细则，调查项目包括人员配置、设备技术、治疗实施、安全管理、网络质控、年度巡检六项指标，满分100分，总评和分项评价分为优、良、中、差四个等级。结果：人员配置、设备技术、治疗实施、安全管理四项评价较好，优良率较高，中差评较少；网络质控情况不理想，差评单位超过80％；年度巡检大多数单位评价优秀，但仍有3家单位获中评和差评。结论：四川省放射治疗质量控制工作整体情况较好，但仍需加强人员资质、继续教育、安全管理和剂量质控。网络质控是全省质控工作的一个短板，需要加大力度开展网络质控平台普及建设。

Analysis of Supervision and Inspection Results of Quality Control of Radiotherapy in Sichuan Province

Objective:To investigate and evaluate the quality control of radiotherapy in Sichuan Province.Methods:Sampling surveys by Quality Control Center of Radiotherapy in Sichuan Province and investigations by sub-centers in cities and autonomous prefectures were carried out to supervise and inspect 41 organizations which carry out radiation therapy in Si-chuan Province.Detailed supervision and inspection rules were formulated according to Basic Guidelines of Quality Control for Radiotherapy promulgated by National Cancer Center.Supervised and inspected items included human resource allocation,equipment and technology,treatment implementa-tion,safety management,network quality control and annual inspection.The full score was 100 points.The overall score and the score of each sub-item were divided into four grades:excellent,good,intermediate and poor.Results:Human re-source allocation,equipment and technology,treatment implementation and safety management achieved comparatively good evaluation results(more excellent and good results,fewer intermediate and poor results).Results in network quality control was not ideal in that over 80%of organizations were rated poor.The majority of organizations attained excellent results in an-nual inspection except 3 rated intermediate or poor.Conclusion:The overall quality control of radiation therapy in Sichuan Province is good,but it still needs to strengthen personnel qualification,continuing education,safety management and dose control.Network quality control is a shortcoming in the whole cause of quality control,and it is necessary to intensify efforts to develop the network quality control platform in the future.
