氮离子轰击对合金钢及硬质合金表面硬度的影响

摘    要:用不同剂重的N~+注入合金钢及硬质合金表面,分析测试各种条件注入和未注入时材料表面显微硬度的变化。实验发现硬度值并不随注入剂量D的增加而单调增加,而是存在一个剂量阈值D_(th),在该阈值下注入N~+,可以使材料的表面硬度得到最大程度的提高。

Abstract:Alloy steel and carbide were implanted with different doses of N~+. The microhardness behaviour of surface for different implanted conditions were measured. It was found from experiments that the hardness doesn′t simply increase with dose D. There is a dose threshold D_(th). The surface hardness of materials will reach the maximum after the material having been implanted with N~+ under this threshold of dose.
