基于TMS320F2812的多轴运动控制器设计

摘    要:以TMS320F2812芯片作为主控芯片的运动控制系统方案,利用DSP的高速运算能力和丰富资源实现了数控系统中实时性要求较高的运动控制(直线插补、连续插补、位置控制、串行通讯等),并对常规的插补方法提出了改进。上下位机使用C++ builder 6的Victor串口VCL控件实现串行通信,讨论了该运动控制器的硬件及其软件设计的实现方法,并通过开发与实际应用验证了系统的可行性。

Abstract:A step motor motion control system based on TMS320F2812 as control unit was described, who can satisfy the high real-time requirement in NC system, such as beeline interpolation program, continuous interpolation program, position control and serial communication and so on, by it's high calculated speed performance, while the general interpolation program is improved. The serial communication between the DSP and the computer was carried out by the victor control of C++ builder 6. The method of software and hardware was discussed, and the feasibility of the system was proved.
