一种新的辛硫磷农药残留测定方法

摘    要:研究了在阳离子表面存在活性剂时辛硫磷的吸收光谱,发现中性条件下的阳离子染料钙黄绿素,在适宜的表面活性剂作用下与辛硫磷发生作用.加入辛硫磷后,吸收强度随辛硫磷浓度的提高而降低,两者呈现良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.05~6.00 mg/L,检出限为0.008 mg/L.据此给出了一种测定辛硫磷的新方法.该方法适用于检测蔬菜、大米和土壤中的辛硫磷残留量,回收率在82.0%~93.0%之间.

A New Determination Method of Phoxim Pesticide Residue

Abstract:This paper researches into the absorption spectra of phoxim in the presence of cationic surfactant,and finds out that cationic dye calcein in neutral condition will reaction with phoxim under the actions of appropriate surfactant.After phoxim is added,the absorption intensity is reduced with the increase of phoxim concentration,and both are good proportional to the relation.And the linear range is 0.05~6.00 mg/L and the detection limit is 0.008 mg/L.In view of the results,a new method for determination of phoxim pesticide is provided,which is applied to determine total-residues of phoxim in vegetables,rice and soil,and the average recoveries ranges 80.0%~93.0%.
