双功能加氢精制催化剂在焦化富气制氢中的应用

摘    要:介绍了JT-1G/JT-4加氢精制催化剂的烯烃饱和功能和有机硫转化功能;阐述了该催化剂在中石油辽河石化分公司、浙江工程设计院共同开发的用于焦化富气制氢原料的烯烃饱和及有机硫转化的新加氢工艺——逆流-等温-绝热加氢精制工艺中的使用情况。原料中体积分数13%~16%的烯烃经过加氢精制后降至0;原料中有机硫得到充分转化;焦化富气经过加氢精制后,满足了作为制氢原料的要求,降低了制氢成本。

Abstract:A countercurrent isothermal-adiabatic hydrotreating process was developed by PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company and Zhejiang Engineering Design Institute in order to use coking rich gas as feedstock to produce hydrogen. The coking rich gas was treated with dual-function JT-1G/JT-4 hydrotreating catalysts in this process. Results from commercial running showed that the JT-1G/JT-4 hydrotreating catalyst not only effectively saturated the olefins but also converted the organic sulfur containing compounds. The catalysts showed good activity at low temperature with high adaptability to the change of olefin content in the feed. Even the olefin content of the coking rich gas was as high as 13%-16%(vol), the treated gas had no presence of olefin. Furthermore, the organic sulfur was fully converted to inorganic sulfur which can be easily removed. Such hydrotreated coking rich gas met the requirements of feedstock for hydrogen production and the cost of hydrogen could be lowered.
