| 摘 要： | 本文以增城永宁街为例，分析了快速城市化扩展过程中边缘地区村庄的发展特征，结合都市发展以及城镇发展的需求，提出了城中村、城郊村以及远郊村三种村庄发展模式。探讨在不同发展环境下，村庄发展关注的重点。

| Abstract: | This article takes the Yongning Street of Zeng city as an example, analyzes the development characteristics of edge area vil age in the extension process of rapid urbanization. The author combines with the demand of urban development and town development, and puts forward three development models of urban vil ages, suburban vil age, and outer suburbs vil age, and discusses the village development essential in dif-ferent development environment. |
