鼻窦内窥镜手术与药物保守治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床分析

目的:探讨鼻窦内窥镜手术与药物保守治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床效果。方法:收集2002年5月~2012年3月治疗的800例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,随机分成A组和B组各400例,A组进行系统药物治疗,B组行功能性内镜鼻窦手术联合系统药物治疗。结果:A组治愈321例,治愈率为80.25%,有效53例,有效率为13.25%,无效26例,总有效率为93.5%;B组治愈316例,治愈率为79.00%,有效59例,有效率为14.75%,无效25例,总有效率为93.75%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗首选药物治疗,若药物治疗效果不佳的时候再选中手术治疗,才能达到较好的临床效果。

Endoscopic sinus surgery with conservative medical treatment of chronic nasal-sinusitis clinical analysis

Objective To investigate the endoscopic sinus surgery with conservative medical treatment for chronic nasal-sinusitis clinical effect. Methods 800 patients in our hospital from May 2002 to March 2012 treatment of chronic nose-sinusitis patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,400 cases in each group A systematic drug treatment,the B group of rows functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined system medication. Results A group of 321 cases were cured,the cure rate was 80. 25%,effective 53 cases,the effective rate of 13. 25%,invalid 26 cases,total effective rate was 93. 5%; B group 316 cases were cured,the cure rate was 79. 00%,effective59 cases,the effective rate of 14. 75%,ineffective in 25 cases,with a total effective rate of 93. 75%,the two groups showed no significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The for chronic nose-the drug of choice for treatment of sinusitis,if surgical treatment is the medication ineffective when selected,in order to achieve better clinical results.
