改良筋膜内、筋膜外全子宫切除术两种术式比较分析

目的 比较经腹改良筋膜内、筋膜外全子宫切除术两种术式的临床效果。方法 对有全子宫切除手术指征的125例患者分为改良筋膜内全子宫切除组（n=61）、筋膜外全子宫切除术组（n=64），就两种术式的手术时间、出血量、手术并发症、术后并发症进行对比分析。结果 改良筋膜内全子宫切除术手术时间短于筋膜外全子官切除术，两种术式的差异有显著意义，手术并发症和术后并发症有明显差异。结论 改良筋膜内全子宫切除术是目前较好的经腹全子宫切除术式，缩短了手术时间，减少了手术及术后的并发症，提高了患者术后的生活质量。

The comparative analysis of two kinds of abdominal uterus total excision,the improved inner tendon and outer tendon uterus total excision

Objective To compare the clin ic performances of two kinds of the abdominal uterus total excision:the improved i nner tendon uterus total excision and outer tendon uterus total excision. Methods 125 patients who had the indication of uterus total excision had been operated on by the two methods:the improved inner tendon uterus total e xcision(n=61) and the outer tendon total excision(n =64).The time of operation,amount of bleeding,complications of operation an d complications after the operation had been compared and analyzed.Resul ts The operation time by the improved inner tendon uterus total excisio n was shorter than that by the outer tendon uterus total excision.The difference between the two methods was significant.The complications of operation and comp lications after were obviously different.Conclusion The improve d inner tendon uterus total excision is better at present.It shortens the time o f operation,reduces the complications after operation and improves the patients' life.
