从政策到行动:建设一流本科教育需要面对的关键性问题

中国是在“双一流”建设背景下提出建设一流本科教育的,目的是防止在“双一流”建设过程中忽视和削弱本科教育。目前,一流本科教育及其标准都面临着政策话语与学术话语的冲突。就一流本科教育建设实践而言,需要解决三个方面的关键性问题:一是本科教育人才培养目标的重新调整问题,二是本科教育课程和教学体系建设问题,三是高校创新创业教育的深化改革问题。

From Policy to Action: The Key Issues in the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Education

First-class undergraduate education is proposed under the background of "Double First-class" construction in China, with the aim of preventing undergraduate education from being neglected and weakened in the construction process. At present, first-class undergraduate education and its standards are confronted with conflicts between policy discourse and academic discourse. As far as the practice of first-class undergraduate education construction is concerned, it is necessary to handle three key issues:first, the re-adjustment of talent development objectives of undergraduate education;second, undergraduate education curriculum and teaching system reform;and third, deepening reform of innovation & entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
