纯棉织物负载稀土改性光触媒的研究

摘    要:采用稀土对光触媒进行改性,将其负载在纯棉织物上,测试了负载后织物的抗菌、甲醛分解和强力等性能.试验证明,在未经水洗的条件下,采用浸轧工艺处理棉织物比采用涂覆工艺处理的抗菌性能和分解甲醛的效果更加优越,但涂覆工艺较浸轧工艺效果持久,耐水洗性能好,服用性强.

Abstract:Photocatalyst modified by rare earth was loaded onto cotton fabric by padding process and coating process individually. Properties including antibacterial effect, formaldehyde decomposition and tenacity were tested. It was said that padding process could impart cotton fabric better anti bacterial property and formaldehyde decomposition compared to coating process if no washing was carried out. But the coatings featured longer persistence in bacterial resistance and formaldehyde decomposition, as well as lower loss in tenacity.
