中西医联合治疗晚期结肠癌疗效观察

目的：探讨与分析中西医联合治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效.方法：对2011年11月～2013年11月于我院就诊的76例晚期结肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机将其分为对照组及观察组各38例,针对对照组给予常规XELOX化疗方案治疗,观察组则在此基础上采用手术联合中药治疗的形式.对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：参与本次研究的76例晚期结肠癌患者在接受三周治疗后,观察组的总有效率为72.2%,优于对照组的44.4%,组间对比差异显著,P﹤0.05.结论：临床上在治疗晚期结肠癌疾病时,可以采用中西医联合治疗方案,能够有效降低并发症发生机率,显著提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广.

Research on Curative Effect of Combined Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Advanced Colon Cancer

Objective： To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese and westernmedicine on advanced colon cancer. Methods： The clinical data of 76 patients with advanced colon cancer treated in our hospital fromNovember 2011 to November 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment of XELOX chemotherapy. The observation group, on thebasis of XELOX chemotherapy, was also given operation combined with Chinese medicine.The clinical curative effects of patients in thetwo groups were compared. Result： Three weeks after teh treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 72.2% which washigher than that （44.4%） of control group. the difference between the two groups was significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion： In the treatmentof advanced colon cancer, the combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine can effectively reduce the riskof complications and improve the clinical effect, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
