| 摘 要： | 主要叙述了饮用天然矿泉水、纯净水、超纯水及其它常见饮用水的各自特点，并进行了综合对比分析。详细阐述了天然饮用矿泉水的保健作用，其主要取决于天然饮用矿泉水所含的特征性微量元素，并介绍了所含Si、Sr、Zn、Li、Se、I等几种微量元素对人体的保健作用，进而说明天然饮用矿泉水是最理想的饮用水。
