| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新法子宫全切术的优点。方法:2002年5月～2004年10月对96例新法子宫全切术与同期67例传统式子宫全切术进行分析比较。结果:与传统子宫全切术相比新法子宫全切术明显缩短手术时间及住院天数(P<0.01)。术中出血量及术后发病率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:新法子宫全切术,方法简便,手术时间短,产妇恢复快,缩短住院天数,降低医疗费用,安全可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the advantages of the newmethod of hysterectomy.Methods:The newmethod of hysterectomy in96cases from2002-5to2004-10was compared with traditional hysterectomy in67cases.Results:Compared with traditional hysterectomy,the new method of hysterectomy had a significant reduction in operation time and average period of hospitalization(P<0.01).There was no difference in average amount of bleeding and postoperative fever rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The newmethod of hysterectomy is a safe,easy to operate and quik for recovery method,it can shorten opertive time,reduce the period of hospitalization and decrease the mideical cost. |
