摘    要:针对铁矿石烧结过程控制复杂性问题,提出了一种将其分解为烧结矿化学成分控制和烧结终点控制的方案。根据不同模型的控制目标差异,分别采用人工神经网络,模糊控制算法建立控制模型。工业现场应用表明,这种方法切实可行,是解决烧结过程控制复杂性问题的一条有效途径。

Abstract:A control scheme of decompounding sintering process control into two branch control models,chemical composition and control of burn-through point was put forward aiming at the problem of control complexity of iron ore sintering process.According to the different goals of the two models,technology of artificial neural networks and fuzzy control algorithm were used to construct control models accordingly.Practice shows that the scheme is feasible,and it is an effective approach to the problem of control complexity of iron ore sintering process.
