中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘30例疗效观察

目的观察中药联合博利康尼、必可酮治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法将58例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例，对照组采用纯西药博利康尼、必可酮治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗，2周后观察疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率为30．0％，总有效率为93．3％；对照组临床治愈率为21．4％，总有效率为78．6％，2组疗效比较，差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。且治疗组复发率也低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗儿童CVA疗效显著。

Combination traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine for children cough variant asthma: an observation of 30 cases

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combination Chinese medicine with Terbutaline and Beclomethasone for children cough variant asthma.Methods58 cases of children cough variant asthma were divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(28 cases)randomly.The treatment group were treated with Terbutaline,Beclomethasone and Chinese medicine,the control group were given Terbutaline,Beclomethasone.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Results The clinical curative rate in the treatment group was 30.0 %,the total curative rate was 93.3 %.That in the control group was 21.4 % and 78.6 % respectively.The statistics difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionCombination Chinese medicine with Western medicine has obvious curative effects in treating children cough variant asthma.
