化纤用钛白的制备技术研究

摘    要:在硫酸法钛白生产技术的基础上,改进晶种制备和煅烧工艺以控制晶粒生长及粉体粒度。增设专门的后处理工序并采用了复合处理剂进行粉体的表面改性。小试制得了优质的化纤用钛白。产物的水分散性超过94.5%,而粗粒子数小于10个。经理化性能及聚酯切片的测试表明,本产物可与进口产品TA-300相媲美。

Abstract:Based on the technology of sulfate process for manufacturing titanium dioxide, a new method for producing seed crystals was proposed and the calcinadon technology were improved so the growth of crystal and the particle size of powder were controlled. Special operations and complex agents were used during surface modification. As a result, a new kind of titanium white with excellent quality used in synthetic fibre was made in our Institute.The dispersivity of powder in water is greater than 94.5% while the number of over size particle is less than 10 grai.lt was verified by examination of physicochemical testing and slits of polyester that the quality of produced powder can be compared with the level of imported product TA - 300.
