摘    要:目的:了解脂肪乳剂预处理后对急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肺系数和肺组织病理形态的影响。方法:幼年雄性大鼠100只,随机分为五组,分别为对照(blank)组、内毒素(LPS)组、Inralipid(Intra)组、Clinoleic(Cli-no)组和Omegaven(Omega)组,每组20只。五组大鼠分别用等渗盐水或3种脂肪乳剂行肠外营养(PN)7 d。blank组大鼠给予气管内滴入等渗盐水,其余四组滴入LPS,建立ALI大鼠模型。8 h后,取大鼠肺组织并称重,行H-E染色和TUNEL检测。结果:ALI模型组大鼠的肺系数、病理评分和细胞凋亡指数均显著高于blank组(P<0.05或P<0.01);ALI模型组大鼠均有不同程度的肺间质水肿、出血,炎性细胞浸润,凋亡细胞较多。采用PN的大鼠病理评分均显著轻于LPS组(P<0.05或P<0.01);Clino组和Omega组的凋亡细胞指数显著低于LPS组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:脂肪乳剂能减轻ALI大鼠肺组织的病理改变,Clinoleic和Omegaven还能显著减少细胞凋亡。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of the fat emulsion pretreatment on acute lung injury(ALI) in rat.Methods: 100 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups,namely blank group,LPS group,Intra Group,Clino Group,and the Omega Group.And then three kinds of fat emulsion or normal saline were used to pretreat the rats for 7 days.On the 7th day,LPS was used to introduce ALI.8 hours later,lung tissues were examined.Results: Compared with the blank group,the lung indexes,pathological scores and apoptosis index were significantly higher in ALI rats(P<0.05 or P <0.01).The pathological scores in parenteral nutrition groups were significantly lighter than in LPS group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The apoptosis index in Clino group and Omega group was significantly lighter than in LPS group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Clinoleic and Omegaven can reduce pathological changes of ALI in rats.
