吸氧装置医院感染调查

目的 分析吸氧装置污染情况和控制感染的措施.方法 2006年1-6月为对照组,7-12月为观察组,对观察组62份与对照组65份消毒后未使用的湿化瓶进行监测,对持续使用的湿化液对照组63份、观察组62份分别进行每天监测;对观察组第1、6天分别与对照组第1,2天持续使用的湿化液进行监测比较.结果 两组消毒后未使用湿化瓶的合格率经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);对照组持续使用的湿化液第2天与第1天的细菌数经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),说明氧气湿化瓶持续使用有效期限为1 d;而观察组第6天与第1天的细菌数经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),说明氧气湿化瓶持续使用有效期限为5 d,观察组效果优于对照组.结论 临床应在氧气湿化瓶持续使用的第6天进行更换消毒的方法,说明合理使用消毒剂,加强吸氧装置消毒管理,达到有效控制医院感染具有一定意义.
