颈内静脉置入导管相关性感染的临床分析及预防措施

目的进一步研究颈内静脉置入导管相关性感染的临床分析及预防措施。方法将2010年10月—2012年12月来该院进行治疗的肿瘤并颈内静脉置入导管的300例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者采用缝合固定导管处理方法,治疗组患者采用不缝合固定导管处理措施。结果 15例发生感染,感染率是5%。150例对照组10例出现感染,感染率为6.7%,150例治疗组患者,5例出现感染,感染率为3.3%,治疗组患者的感染率明显低于对照组患者,假单胞菌和葡萄球菌是最为常见的感染菌种。结论颈内静脉置入导管的感染并发症对于患者影响较大,通过实施人性化干预措施,对于降低患者感染率具有重要意义。

Conclusion Jugular vein catheters infectious complications for the patient a greater impact through the implementation of integrated interventions for reducing patient infection is important.
