RP-HPLC法测定金辛镇痛喷雾剂中氢溴酸东莨菪碱和硫酸阿托品的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定金辛镇痛喷雾剂中氢溴酸东莨菪碱和硫酸阿托品的含量。方法：采用Agilent Zorbax C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-0．07mol·L^-1磷酸钠溶液（含0．40％三乙胺，17．50mmol·L^-1十二烷基硫酸钠，用磷酸调pH至6．00）（42：58），流速：0．8ml·min^-1，检测波长：215nm，柱温：40℃。结果：氢溴酸东莨菪碱在1．00～5．00μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999（n=5），平均回收率98．35％，RSD=1．68％（n=6）；硫酸阿托品在2．94～14．70μg范围内呈良好的线性，r=0．9997（n=6），平均回收率为97．71％，RSD=1．91％（n=6）。结论：本法简便、准确、灵敏度高，重复性好。

Determination the Contents of Scopolamine Hydrobomide and Atropine Sulfate in Jinxinzhentong Spray by RP-HPLC

Objective： To establish the method for determination of scopolamine hydrobomide and atropine sulfate in Jinxinzhentong spray by RP-HPLC. Method： Agilent Zorbax C 18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5μm） was used, acetonitrile-0.07mmol· L^-1 sodium phosphate solution （include 0.4% thiethylamin and 17.5mol· L^-1 lauryl sodium sulfate, adjusting pH to 6.0 with phosphoric acid） （42： 58）was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8ml·min^-1, detection wavelength was at 215nm, and the column temperature was 40℃. Result： The linear range of scopolamine hydrobomide was 1.00 - 5. 00μg （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 5 ） , the average recovery was 98.35%, RSD = 1.68 % （ n = 6）. The linear range of atropine sulfate was 29.40 - 14.70trg, r = 0.999 7 （ n = 5 ） , the average recovery was 97.71% , RSD = 1.91% （ n = 6 ）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
