摘    要:目的 :探讨将心理因素纳入选拔调车作业人员的可行性。方法 :对 1 986~ 1 996年发生车辆伤害事故及原同班组未发生事故的调车作业人员进行艾森克个性问卷和症状自评量表的调查。结果 :事故组性格内向 ,身心状况较差 ,存在明显的躯体化症状、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性和睡眠、饮食等问题。结论 :在我局尽快建立起调车作业人员的筛选标准 ,将心理卫生因素纳入标准之中

Abstract:Objective To study on the probability of adaptting psychological factors as a screening standard for link workers.Methods\ Accident group and non accident group in the same shift during 1986 and 1996 were investigated through Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Self reporting Invntory (SCL-90).Results It showed the E score of EPQ was lower in accident group and their L score were higher than control.Accident group had introvert personality,physical and psychological status of them were comparatively bad.They had obvious problems such as body symptoms,forcing symptoms,depressing,worriness,hostility,psycholosis,and problems in sleep and diet.Conclusion\ Screening standard for link workers should be established with the least delay in Urumqi Railway Bureau and psychological factors should be adapted in the standard.
