国产美罗培南治疗老年人下呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的观察国产美罗培南治疗老年人下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将62例经抗菌药物治疗无效、病情反复或恶化的下呼吸道感染患者分为2组,观察组32例应用国产美罗培南治疗,对照组30例用进口的亚胺培南/西司他丁治疗,观察比较2组疗效。结果观察组治愈17例,显效10例,进步4例,无效1例,总有效率84.38%;对照组治愈18例,显效8例,进步2例,无效2例,总有效率为86.67%,2组总有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组发生皮疹和药物热各1例,不良反应发生率为6.25%;对照组发生腹泻、癫痫各1例,不良反应发生率为6.67%,2组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论国产美罗培南治疗老年人下呼吸道感染安全、有效。

Curative effect of domestic meropenem for treatment of senile patients with lower respiratory infection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of domestic meropenem in treatment of lower respiratory infection(LRI).Methods Sixty-two patients with LRI who were ineffective and deteriorative by treating with antibacterial drug were divided into two groups.Thirty-two patients in observation group were treated with domestic meropenem,thirty patients in control group were treated with foreign imipenem/ cilastatin,the curative effect was in two groups was observed and compared.Results In observation group,17 cases were healing,10 cases were excellent,4 cases were progressive,one case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 84.38%.In control groups,18 cases were healing,8 cases were excellent,2 cases were progressive,2 cases was ineffective,the total effective rate was 84.38%.86.67%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups(P>0.05).In observation group,one case had skin rash,and one case had drug fever,the incidence rate of adverse effect was 6.25%.In control group,one case had diarrhea,and one case had epilepsy,the incidence rate of adverse effect was 6.67%,There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Using domestic meropenem to treat senile patients with LRI was safe and effective.
