| 摘 要： | 抗凋亡基因髓样细胞白血病—1( MCL-1)属bcl-2基因家族中成员之一，其表达产物MCL-1蛋白在细胞凋亡调节与血液系统恶性肿瘤的发病过程中起重要作用。文章就MCL-1基因及MCL-1蛋白的特点、MCL-1蛋白在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的作用、MCL-1基因、蛋白与其他凋亡调节因子关系的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | MCL-1 gene is a antiapoptotic gene belong to BCL-2 gene family, its product MCL-1 protein plays an important role in cell apoptosis regulating and the course of hematologic malignancies. This paper reviews advance of studies on the function of MCL-1 gene and MCL-1 protein, the role of MCL-1 protein in hematologic malignancies and the relationship between MCL-1 protein and other apoptosis adjustment factors. |
