| 摘 要： | 骨髓增生异常综合征( MDS)是一组由最初的病态造血综合征纯化而来的异质性造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病，其诊断方法从单纯形态学标准发展为现今的多指标综合诊断，文章对MDS的实验室检查及诊断技术进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) comprises a heterogeneous group of malignant disorders. it has been purified clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorder from the initial initial dysplasia hematopoietic syndrome. The diagnosis of MDS has changed from completely morphological diagnosis to multi-parameter diagnosis. In this review, the laboratory examination and diagnosis technology of MDS are discussed. |
