| 摘 要： | 目的探讨介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的综合性护理方法,提高护理效果,减少术中、术后并发症。方法对86例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者采用综合的治疗和护理措施,观察护理结果。结果本组86例患者中临床治愈47例,显效23例,改善15例,无效1例。溶栓中有6例患者穿刺点出现渗血,其余无其他并发症的发生。结论对下肢深静脉血栓形成介入治疗患者实施全面的综合护理能有效地预防并发症的发生,并能促进患者的康复。

| Abstract: | Objection To discuss the comprehensive nursing measures in interventional therapy for deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremities patients,in order to improve the nursing effect and decrease the occurrence of complications. Methods Comprehensive therapy and nursing measures were employed in 86 DVT patients. Clinical response was observed.
