microRNA-26a和microRNA-199a在胃癌患者血清中的表达检测及其临床意义

目的探讨胃癌患者血清中micrRNA-26a和micrRNA-199a表达检测及其临床意义。方法收集佳木斯市中心医院2015年1月～2017年12月期间确诊且行根治术的胃癌患者20例作为实验组,健康人群20例作为对照组,使用qRT-PCR方法对实验组和对照组血清中micrRNA-26a和micrRNA-199a的表达水平进行定量检测,分析检测结果的临床意义。结果 micrRNA-26a在实验组术前血清样本中的表达水平(1.76±0.54)明显低于对照组(5.33±1.12)(t=4.55,P=0.002),也明显低于术后血清样本中的表达水平(3.89±0.87)(t=5.11,P=0.001);micrRNA-199a在实验组术前血清样本中的表达水平(29.54±3.12)明显高于对照组(6.07±1.34)(t=6.19,P=0.001),也明显高于术后血清样本中的表达水平(15.87±2.64)(t=5.76,P=0.001)。结论 micrRNA-26a和micrRNA-199a有可能成为胃癌早期诊断的血清标记物。

Detection and clinical significance of microRNA-26a and microRNA-199a in serum of patients with gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the detection and clinical significance of microRNA-26a and microRNA-199a in serum of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 20 patients who were diagnosed with gastric cancer and underwent radical resection in Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group.20 healthy people were selected as the control group.The expression levels of microRNA-26a and microRNA-199a in two groups were detected quantitatively by qRT-PCR.The clinical significance of the detection results was analyzed.Results The expression level of microRNA-26a in the preoperative serum samples of the experimental group(1.76±0.54)was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.33±1.12)(t=4.55,P=0.002),which was also significantly lower than that of the control group after surgery(3.89±0.87)(t=5.11,P=0.001).The expression level of microRNA-199a in the preoperative serum samples of the experimental group(29.54±3.12)was significantly higher than that in the control group(6.07±1.34)(t=6.19,P=0.001),and the former was also significantly higher than that in postoperative serum samples(15.87±2.64)(t=5.76,P=0.001).Conclusion microRNA-26a and microRNA-199a may become serum markers for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
