摘    要:坐标测量机在快速探测时,由于惯性力和驱动力的作用,引起机体变形,从而导致了动态误差的产生。分析了引起坐标测量机动态误差的原因,建立了坐标测量机的动态误差模型。采用有限元方法分析计算了快速探测过程中惯性力和驱动力产生的动态误差,验证了动态误差模型的应用,分析结果是合理的,方法是可行性的。

Abstract:Fast probing is an effective way of improving the efficiency of the CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines). During fast probing, the deformation of CMM is caused by inertial forces and driving forces and the dynamic errors are produced. Based on analyzing dynamic errors in fast probing, this paper presents the FEA (finite element analysis) model of CMM for compensating errors and improving measuring efficiency. By using FEA method, the dynamic errors caused by inertial forces of the parts and driving forces of the motor are calculated and the FEA model of CMM is verified. On the basis of FEA method, this paper describes the error model of CMM, and the results are reasonable.
