摘    要:在果树田间栽培期间对果实进行采前药剂处理能有效提高采后果实品质和耐贮性.综述了植物矿质营养元素(钙、硼、钾)、抗病性诱导剂(壳聚糖、水杨酸)、植物生长调节剂(胺鲜脂、赤霉素)等药剂对果实品质和耐贮性的作用机理及其安全性问题,旨在为提高果实采后品质和耐贮性提供科学依据和生产指导.

Abstract:During field cultivation of fruit trees,chemical treatment can effectively improve fruit quality and storability of harvested fruit.In order to provide scientific evidences and producing guidance for improving fruit quality and storability of harvested fruit,the effect mechanisms and safety of chemicals of pre-harvest treatment which can improve fruit quality and storability of harvested fruit,for example,plant mineral nutrients such as calcium(Ca),boron(B)and potassium(K),inducing disease-resistant chemicals such as chitosan and salicylic acid,plant growth regulators such as diethyl aminoethy hexanoate(DA-6)and gibberellin(GA)were review in this paper.
