摘    要:为提高分注管柱有效期,解决注水井出砂影响有效分注的问题,研制了KZF-96控制洗井防砂阀。该阀结构合理,操作简单,具有防砂、反洗井功能,洗井通道大,满足正常管理要求;解决了砂埋控制活塞的问题,提高了投捞成功率,延长了管柱有效期,并能延长注水井的注水有效期。该阀在河南油田现场试验5井次,管柱顺利下到位,密封良好,工艺一次成功率100%;投捞洗井10井次,成功率100%,平均有效期达到14月,具有较强的实用性和良好的推广应用前景。

Research and application of the KZF-96 control clean-out and sand control valve
Abstract:To improve the term of validity of separate injection pipestring and solve the problem of the effect of sand production in water injection wells on effective separate injection,the KZF-96 control clean-out and sand control valve was developed.The valve is rational in structure and simple to operate.It has the function of sand control and reverse cleanout.Its flushing channel is large and the normal management requirement can be satisfied.The problem of piston control caused by sand burying was solved;the fishing success rate was improved;the valid term of pipestring was lengthened;and the valid period of water injection for injection wells can be extended.The field experiment of the valve five well-times in Henan Oilfield shows that the pipestring was set in position smoothly;the sealing was desirable;the technical success rate reached 100% one time;the average valid term reached 14 months.It is practicable and has a bright prospect of spreading and application.
