摘    要:鉴于油气混输泵试验时所采用的同心管混合器,在泵入口含气体积分数较高甚至为100%时,由于气水的密度相差较大,易出现空气在管道上面,水在下面的分层现象,且高含气体积分数下雾化效果不好等问题,在该混合器的基础上设计出新型喷管式混合器。为了确保新型混合器在含气体积分数大范围内变化时,得到均化良好的两相流体,运用CFD流场模拟软件,对新型混合器做了性能预测。模拟结果表明,新混合器在入口含气体积分数从0~1范围内变化时,能满足油气混输泵性能测试的要求;气液混合程度还与进气压力大小有关,从而可以对气液相的压力匹配问题进行定量把握,确保设计的正确性。

Abstract:In light of the problem with adopting the concentric mixer in the experiment of oil-gas multiphase pump,a new type of nozzle-style mixer was designed on the basis of the concentric mixer.To ensure that the desirable homogenizing two-phase fluid is obtained when the new mixer changes within the large scope of gas volume fraction,the CFD flow field simulation software was adopted to predict the performance of the new mixer.The simulation result shows that the new mixer can satisfy the requirement of the performance test of the oil-gas multiphase pump when the inlet gas volume fraction changes between 0 and 1.The mixing extent of gas and liquid is related to the intake pressure so as to make a quantitative grasp of the pressure matching of the gas-liquid phase.
