| 摘 要： | 鞍钢第二炼钢厂采用现有工艺生产高碳钢(45号、50号钢)时,其产品易出现分层缺陷.分析了缺陷产生的原因,提出减少铸坯中心偏析、中心裂纹,改善铸坯内部质量的措施,有效地降低了高碳钢分层缺陷的发生率.

| Abstract: | Lamination cracks easily emerge while high carbon steels (No.45,50 steels) are produced by present process in Angang No.2 Steelmaking Plant. This paper analyzes the reasons leading to defects and provides the measures to reduce central segregation and core cracks in cast slabs and improve internal quality of slabs. The lamination cracks in high carbon steels are efficiently reduced. |
