机器人超声波焊接和气动铣削一体机的研究与开发

摘    要:提出了一种机器人超声波焊接和气动铣削一体机的方案,为解决多品种、小批量塑料内饰件的多工位、多工种(超声波焊接和切割)生产问题提供了新的思路,并成功应用于3种轿车仪表板、中控台、门板和门板装饰条总成的生产实践中。

Abstract:A new solution,or a robotic ultrasonic welding and pneumatic trimming machine,is presented,which provides a train of thought of solving the production problem of machining methods(ultrasonic welding and pneumatic trimming)for small batch multiple kinds of interior work pieces in two or more workstations.The machine is in service of the production of three kinds of auto's interior parts,such as IP,console,door panel,and door panel's wood garnish assembly.
