锰矿石脱磷新工艺的研究

摘    要:研究开发出一种高磷碳酸锰矿的化学脱磷新方法:加氯化钙焙烧—稀盐酸浸出法。实验室试验表明,用此法处理花垣锰矿的两种高磷磁选精矿,最终产品锰品位提高约0.5倍,锰回收率达98%,磷锰比由0.01~0.013降低到0.002—0.0021,脱磷率达80—85%。指标优于其他方法,盐酸用量仅为黑锰矿法的22%。

Abstract:A new chemical method of dephosphorization of phosphorus-rich carbonated manganese ores by roasting with CaCl_2 and then leaching with dilute hydrochloric acid has been developed. Two magnetic separation concentrates with high-phosphorus contains from Huayuan Manganese Mine have been treated with this method on the laboratory scale. In results the grades of manganese of the leaching products increase about half time and the recoveries of manganese reach 98%. In the meantime the ratios of P/Mn in products drop from 0.01-0.013down to 0.002-0.0021 and the rates of dephosphorization reach 80-85%.The performances are better than other methods' and the hydrochloric acid consumption mere-ly equals 22% of that of the hausmanite method.
