| 摘 要： | 人是动物性和文化性的统一.人的行为,包括犯罪行为,必然受到文化的影响.人的动物性是诱发犯罪的重要因素,人的文化性是控制犯罪的重要因素.文化对犯罪的影响表现为:能影响犯罪观,能诱发犯罪的发生,能促进犯罪手段发展.在所有影响犯罪发生的文化现象中,文化冲突最引人注目,它是犯罪发生的最深刻的根源.

| Abstract: | Man is a entia of animality and civilization.The action of man,including crime action must be effected by culture.The animality of man is important factor of placing premium on crime,the civilization of man is important factor of controlling crime.The influence of culture on crime include three aspects: it can effect the crime ideology,place premium on crime and promote the development of crime means.Among all cultural phenomena that effecting crime occurring,the conflict of culture is coming to front,it is the best profound root of crime occurring. |
