中压开关柜状态监测装置设计

摘    要:以中压开关柜的电压、电流、频率、功率和温度为监测对象,设计了一套以dsPIC单片机为核心的在线监测装置。该装置由互感器采集开关柜的电压和电流信号,频率检测模块检测电流频率,红外温度传感器采集开关柜的温度信号,给出了硬件电路设计及软件流程。实际运行结果表明,该装置具有较高的测量精度且实现了对设备的非接触式测温。

Monitoring Device Design for Medium-Voltage Switchgear State

Abstract:With voltage, current, frequency, power and temperature of medium-voltage switchgear as monitoring objects, this paper designed a set of on-line monitoring device taking single chip dsPIC as the core. The device collected voltage and current signals of switchgear with mu-tual inductors, testing current frequencies with frequency modules and collecting temperature signals of switchgears with infrared temperature sensors. This paper gave the hardware circuit design and software fiow chart. The actual operation result shows that the device is with higher measurement accuracy, realizing non-contact temperature measurement for the equipment.
